This building is an extensively renovated historical building in downtown St. John’s. It is presently fully leased to the City of St. John’s for its Tourism and Economic Development departments.  This building is a source of pride for Gentara, as we painstakingly renovated a dilapidated structure to showcase the beautiful historical character of its original façade in downtown St. John’s.  Along with the renovations at 354 Water Street, this building is a testament to the quality of our downtown properties.
